Privacy Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Platinum Rock M&A Advisors LLC, which operates under the Exitvera Capital brand ("Exitvera Capital", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with exitveracapital.com (the "Website") and our related communications. By using the Website or submitting information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete our contact form, email, call or text us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, revenue range, sale timeline and any message content.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our hosting and analytics providers automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information from public sources, such as business registries and professional networking sites, and from referral partners.

2. How we use information

  • to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
  • to evaluate and provide our advisory services;
  • to communicate with you by email, phone and, if you have opted in, text message;
  • to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Website;
  • to detect, prevent and address fraud, spam, abuse and security incidents;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and
  • to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights and those of others.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that host the Website, deliver email, provide analytics or support our operations, who may use it only to perform services for us;
  • Prospective buyers or investors, but only with your authorization and, for confidential business information, under a signed non-disclosure agreement;
  • Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants and insurers, under duties of confidentiality;
  • Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Exitvera Capital, our clients or others; and
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Exitvera Capital, we use your mobile number to send messages about your inquiry, scheduling and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

5. Confidentiality of business information

Business owners often share sensitive information with us. We treat information about your business with discretion and share confidential business information with prospective buyers only with your approval and under a signed non-disclosure agreement. Please do not send detailed financial or proprietary information through the Website; we will arrange a secure method once an NDA is in place.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Website does not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, pixels or session-recording tools. Our analytics are cookieless and measure aggregate traffic only. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; some features may not work as intended. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, the Website does not respond to them.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain records of our communications and engagements, and as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

9. Your choices and rights

  • You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

To make a request, email flavia@exitveracapital.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may retain information where permitted or required by law.

10. California and other state privacy rights

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1: identifiers and contact details, professional or commercial information you choose to share, and internet or device activity on the Website. We collect it from you, your device and the sources described above, and use it for the purposes in Section 2.

We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Where state privacy laws apply to us, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and you may appeal our decision on a request by replying to our response. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser. To make a request, email flavia@exitveracapital.com or call (954) 263-7730.

11. Children's privacy

The Website is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and the Website is intended for U.S. users. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Third-party websites

The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
