Two partners. Every engagement.

We take on a limited number of clients at a time, so the people you meet on the first call are the people who sell your business.

Why owners choose us

Institutional discipline, with an owner's perspective

A partner on every call

Your engagement is led by Flavia or Steve personally, from the first valuation conversation to the closing table.

Bankers and operators

Eighteen years of corporate banking at JPMorgan Chase, combined with three decades of owning, buying and selling businesses.

Buyers who close

We bring your business to private equity groups, strategic acquirers, family offices and qualified individual operators, and qualify them before you spend time with them.

Strict confidentiality

Blind profiles and signed NDAs come before any identifying details are shared. Employees, customers and competitors learn about a sale only when you decide.

Our process

From first valuation to the closing table

A clear, five-stage process. You know where you stand at every step.
  1. 01

    Discovery & valuation

We learn your business, its numbers and your goals, then give you a clear, data-backed view of what it is worth in today's market.

  2. 02

    Preparation

Before going to market we address what buyers will question: financial presentation, owner dependence, customer concentration and operations.

  3. 03

    Confidential marketing

We approach qualified private equity, strategic, family office and individual buyers with a blind profile, and share details only under NDA.

  4. 04

    Negotiation & structure

We create competition between buyers and negotiate price and terms together: cash at close, seller equity, earn-outs and your role after the sale.

  5. 05

    Due diligence & closing

We manage diligence and coordinate with your attorney and CPA so the deal reaches the closing table without surprises.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us first

Don't see yours? Call us at (954) 263-7730.
How can I verify who you are?+

Exitvera Capital is a brand of Platinum Rock M&A Advisors LLC, an active Florida LLC (Document No. L24000471423), which you can look up on the Florida Division of Corporations website (Sunbiz). You can call Flavia directly at (954) 263-7730, and once we're in serious conversations we can connect you with sellers we've represented.

What size businesses do you work with?+

We work with established, profitable companies nationwide, with deal sizes typically from $2MM to $50MM+. Our partners have sold businesses across construction and trades, retail and grocery, manufacturing, distribution, technology and IT services, business services and more.

How are your fees structured?+

Our fees are primarily success-based: we are paid when your business sells. The exact structure depends on the size and complexity of the engagement, and we put it in writing before you commit to anything.

How long does a sale take?+

Most transactions take 6 to 12 months from preparation to closing. Timing depends on your industry, deal size, how prepared the business is and buyer demand. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the first conversation.

Will my employees or customers find out?+

Not unless you choose to tell them. We market your business with a blind profile, require signed NDAs before sharing identifying information, and schedule buyer meetings around your operations.

I'm not ready to sell yet. Should I still reach out?+

Yes. Owners who start the conversation one to two years early usually have time to fix what buyers would discount, which tends to improve both price and terms. The first conversation carries no obligation.

Talk to a partner, not a sales team.

Every first conversation is confidential, with no obligation. You'll speak directly with Flavia or Steve about what your business could be worth and what a sale would look like.
